Class A Licensed Work

Final pricing depends on building size, fire damage, the extent and classification of asbestos contamination, site access, waste volumes and disposal requirements. A site inspection and asbestos assessment are required before a fixed quotation can be provided.

What moves the price

Two houses on the same street can quote very differently. These are the things that shift a job up or down from the starting price.

Site accessTight blocks, steep driveways, overhead powerlines and neighbouring buildings all slow the work down and change the machinery we can use.
Size and constructionFloor area, build type, brick versus timber, and how the structure is put together.
Slabs and footingsDeep footings, thick slabs, pools and retaining walls add machine time and waste volume.
Waste and disposalWhat comes off the site, how far it has to travel, and the tip fees at the receiving facility.
Asbestos and contaminationBonded or friable, the classification, and whether an assessor, air monitoring and clearance certificates are required.
Permits and controlsCouncil approvals, service isolations, traffic management and any project-specific safety controls.
